- 2 drops liquid smoke**
Dry Mix
- 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten***
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
Rub for Ribs
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 bottle bbq sauce of choice for grilling
