  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce*
  • 2 drops liquid smoke**

Dry Mix

  • 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten***
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Rub for Ribs

  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 bottle bbq sauce of choice for grilling
