Sticky Honey Chicken Honey

Ingredients:

Chicken cut into chunks (i used 2 breast but thighs work well too)
Plain flour to coat chicken
Butter
1 onion diced
6 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoon light brown sugar
1tsp crushed garlic
