PART TWO – THE SAUCE + METHOD
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Malt Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
Method:
Put 1/4 cup of sauce aside
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl
Lather the coated ribs with sauce and place in slow cooker. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours (the more ribs you have the more cooking time you need)
Place slow cooked ribs on a baking tray, add extra sauce on top and cook under the grill for 3 – 5 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble and caramelize.
