Ingredients
5 to 6 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into chunks
16 ounces Sauerkraut
1 ½ pounds Polish Sausage, sliced in about 1 inch pieces
½ cup Chicken Broth
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Caraway seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Put the Sauerkraut at the bottom of the crockpot
Cover the Sauerkraut with the chunks of potatoes
Cover the potatoes with the sliced Polish Sausage
