STEP 2
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the batter evenly coats the surface.
STEP 3
Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is lightly browned. Remove with a spatula, turn over and cook the other side
