Creamy Coconut Curry Sausages

I browsed a few recipes & came up with this. Oh my… Absolutely divine!!!! Definitely will add it to our fortnightly plan. Must try this.

Served with mash.

~ Ingredients ~

1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
8 beef sausages
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 onions diced
1 chicken stock cube
1 can coconut cream
3 carrots diced
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 cup peas
