Butternuts recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter (room temperature) + an additional 1 Tbsp.

1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

6 oz butterscotch chips

1 cup finely chopped pecans

Rum Glaze Ingredients:

3 cups confectioners’ sugar

1 tsp rum extract

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

3-4 Tbsp milk or water
