Garlic butter shrimp 🦐

 

Ingredients:

• 2lbs colossal shrimp (peeled & deveined)

• 2 sticks of unsalted butter (melted)

• 1 lemon (juice) extra for garnish

• 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

• 1-5 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped or minced)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°

Clean your shrimp and set aside, melt 2 sticks of butter, 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, the juice from 1 lemon & about 5 cloves of garlic roughly chopped. Mix together & set aside. Season shrimp to taste and line up along your cast iron skillet. Pour butter mixture over shrimp and bake on 375° for about 12-15 minutes.

I used colossal shrimp so adjust your time accordingly.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley & enjoy
